James from Team Rocket!

James's Japanese name: Kojiro.
Character supposedly derived from James the famous male American outlaw
James's pokemon: He received a Koffing for Christmas which then evolved into a Weezing. Other pokemon include a Weepinbell which then involved into Victreebell. Magikarp that evolved in to Gyarados after he kicked it. It then turned on him. Childhood pokemon was a growlithe.
In the 2nd episode of the original Po'kemon episodes, James from Team Rocket came across as just another typical failure as a member of Team Rocket. However besides constantly failing to succeed with plans as a member of Team Rocket, James's character would become what most people would consider him as gay. His wanting to dress up in girly costumes and makeup put this kind of message across. He obviously enjoyed dancing in a ballet tutu in one of the Po'kemon festival episodes! However cross dressing as the opposite sex in Japan makes a bad guy pure evil. It shows he wishes to cross many boundaries in which to follow his course. He is vain gullible, sensitive and melodramatic.
James was the only child within a wealthy family. His favorite holiday was Kids' Day. He loved to swim in his Olympic sized pool on this day and eat endless ice-cream sandwiches. At a young age, James ran away from home Jessiebelle assigned to marry him when older. She was constantly on his back for him to perform for her even when he and she were kids. He wanted to do his own kind of things. Jessiebelle (Ramika in Japanese) bears a striking resemblance to Jessie. James returned home to find his parents presumably dead. He had to marry Jessiebelle to receive his inheritance. His parents were not really dead. He still had to marry Jessiebelle. Jessie from Team Rocket forced James to fake the wedding and scram with the cash. Jessiebelle trapped James downstairs in a storage room and chased him about with a whip saying he had to obey "Jessiebelle" James was saved from Jessiebelle and the stunspore of Jessiebelle's Vileplume thanks to Growlithe James's Loyal Dog. Ash, Misty, Brock, Meowth, and Jessie all helped to free Growlithe from the doghouse. James fare welled his loyal Growlithe for the low life of team Rocket. upper-class life just didn't suit him. He told Growlithe to protect his parents for him.
James attended Pokemon Technical School with Jessie. The two of them studying hard for their exams but they decided to party instead, dreaming of a bright future. The next day they underwent the exam failing miserably receiving the lowest grades in the history of Pokemon Tech. James and Jessie later joined the Bridge Bike Gang in Sunnytown. James was known by the gang as Little Jim, who never could part with his training wheels. James later joined Team Rocket along with Jessie.
